Research Interests
1. Development of cutting-edge mass spectrometry technologies, including single cell proteomics, new methods on glycoproteins identifications and quantifications based on Trapped Ion Mobility-TOF MS and new protein database search algorithms development.
2. Biomarker exploration based on disease problems and clinical cohorts using multi-omics technologies, combined with biotechnology, chemical biology and other interdisciplinary technologies for functional verification and mechanism analysis.
